WIP Wednesday - Dancing in Daisies

Spring has finally sprung here in the Wasatch Mountains!! My allergies are really wrecking havoc from all the freshly blooming wildflowers and trees! Had a great walk yesterday and took a few pictures of the blooming wildflowers along my way. Please enjoy some of our beautiful native plants.

 

It is still early in our Spring, so not as many wildflowers as there will be in a couple more weeks.

 

I was so inspired from my walk that I had to finally begin on my daisy blanket!! The pattern is so much easier than I thought it would be!

 I decided to go with an off-white daisy petal. The color scheme is still in the making. I am liking the blue and brown, but don't know yet if I will stick with just these colors or add more. Making the daisy itself is so quick and easy. I have found these to be so relaxing and therapeutic for me. Especially the end result!!
